Operations Manager

Bramford has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager (15 hours a week (flexible) at Band I SCP 17-20).

Based at the school and part of a back office team whose prime purpose is to support the education of our pupils, you will have experience in 

• Estate and/or facilities management to develop our environment to be an ever -more inspiring place to learn and work 
   
• Understanding and applying HR policies to recruit and retain the highest performing staff team and look after their wellbeing
   
• Managing yourself and others to provide the best administrative support  to the Head and the wider teaching staff team
• Leading procurement processes, contract implementation and monitoring
