Cheslyn Hay is a successful and popular large Primary school.  It has an excellent reputation within the community and is a ‘Good’ school (Ofsted July 2014).  We are proud of our achievements and we are seeking to employ a Sports Development Coach to work with PE leaders and develop our school sports programme. You will coach across all of the primary age range (Reception to Year 6) and your duties will include:

  • Leading activities at lunchtime.
  • Organising and running extra-curricular activities.
  • Preparing teams for forthcoming competitions.
  • Delivery of PE lessons under the direction of class teachers and PE Subject leaders.
  • Selection and supervision of Sports Leaders.
  • Involvement in intra and inter school competitions.
  • Supporting the delivery of a healthy lifestyle programme.
