The academy wishes to appoint an Academy Administrator (Staff HR and Marketing) to work under the direction and instruction of the Senior Leadership Team.

The role holder will support the school to provide appropriate cover arrangements for classes as a result of absences (both planned and unplanned), the maintenance of staff absence records and to maintain Managing Attendance at Work processes in line with the MAC’s policy.  The successful candidate will also be expected to oversee the marketing of the school including media contact and social media.

The role will initially be temporary for 12 months and for the right candidate will become permanent.
