Governors are seeking to appoint a temporary part time class teacher (0.5) with effect from 1 September 2019. This is a temporary post until 14th February 2020, in the first onstance. The post holder will be required to teach each morning in one of our key stage 2 classes (Year 3 or 4). We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to join our excellent team.
The successful candidate will:-
Teach pupils numeracy, literacy and other KS2 curriculum aspects.
Be able to develop, demonstrate and enhance learning opportunities
Be able to use assessment for learning in order to move children on in their attainment
Be an excellent classroom practitioner, to be able to deliver an exciting and creative skills based curriculum
Be able to contribute or to support the Christian ethos of the school
Be keen to contribute to the wider life our school
