Fixed Term Contract until 31/08/2020 - to cover Maternity Leave.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Schools Recruitment and HR Portal Helpdesk Team to cover a period of Maternity Leave. The team is responsible for delivering quality recruitment traded services, HR transactional and customer support services to schools.
You will be responsible for providing accurate and consistent advice for two services; Recruitment, with a focus on our adverts, senior appointments and Disclosure and Barring Service services and Helpdesk, focusing on HR transactional services via our portal and customer support. It is therefore essential that you have previous experience of working both in HR and with technology, and be familiar with delivering high quality advice and support, both on the phone and via email.
The ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service is essential. You will need to build strong client relationships, understanding the individual needs of your customers. Skills and experience in the area of customer care are vital to ensure high quality service delivery to maintain and grow the customer base. Attention to detail is imperative.
You will also need to demonstrate IT skills and a willingness to learn in order to manage a busy workload and meet a range of conflicting deadlines and support our customers.
This is an exciting time for HR Services for Schools with the opportunity to grow the business whilst securing the service’s reputation and maintain its existing customer base.
