We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic School Office Manager with HR responsibilities, with a commitment to providing excellent administrative support to the whole school. As Office Manager, you will play a lead role in ensuring the administrative functions of the school run efficiently and effectively. You will manage reception and administrative staff, systems, and school events along with school HR procedures.
This role is both exciting and challenging; being responsible for a team of colleagues working together, providing direction and management, ensuring an effective and efficient administration and HR service is delivered to all stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has worked in a very busy, demanding office environment
• Has excellent skills to lead, motivate and manage staff
• Has exceptional administration, organisational skills and can prioritise workloads
• Is flexible and can adapt to changing situations in this very demanding role
• Has a high level of knowledge and thorough understanding of ICT and software packages.
• Has GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths
• Knowledge of SIMS would be desirable
• NVQ3 in Business Administration/HR or equivalent qualification would be desirable but not essential
