Senior Practice Management Officer
Can you make a positive difference every day?
It’s a time of significant improvement in the City's Legal & Governance department, and we need your adaptability to deal with change whilst keeping an eye on your goals in order to succeed.
If you have a background in improving systems, auditing and implementing quality assured systems, and turning information into intelligence, then you might be who we are looking for.
You will likely have significant experience in legal practice or similar professional services work, or maybe be an ex-practitioner looking for a change, but you must have demonstrable experience of capturing, understanding and implementing best practice, and monitoring and improving quality of outputs. You will probably have prepared for assessments or audits, and be familiar with planning work well in advance of delivery in order to ensure everything can be achieved by a specific point in time.
You will know how to elicit feedback from customers and turn it into action points we can use to improve, and will be comfortable doing the same with data, being able to translate raw information into intelligence, particularly when it relates to performance data.
If this sounds like you, take a look at the more detailed requirements and ensure you can meet all the points on the Person Specification, or feel free to call Anthony Farmer on 0121 303 3083 for an informal chat about the role.
“Right to work in the UK documentation will be fully checked for all applicants. All non UK and non EU applicants are required to apply for a Certificate of Sponsorship from Birmingham City Council and must be approved by the UK Border Agency (UKBA) before any employment offer can be confirmed.”
