The Role
A vacancy has arisen for an Office Manager in our successful and busy school. As one of only two Primary Teaching Schools in the Authority, we are looking for a highly organised, motivated and friendly individual to be the first public face of our school. The role will cover a wide range of administrative duties as well as dealing with a range of issues that occur daily with children and parents. The hours of work will be 8.30am until 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. The post will start as soon as possible allowing for a handover with our current Office Manager.
Key Requirements
As this is a school based role, we would like someone familiar with Microsoft office and SIMS. Previous experience in a school based setting would be desirable, although full training will be given. Knowledge and experience of administrative, finance and customer facing roles will also form part of this integral role to the school.
