If this is you, then you could be the person Warwick District Council is looking for to be our Performance Management Officer to co-ordinate, analyse and produce performance management information to help improve services and cost effectiveness.

This is a new role in the Council and you will be key to helping us make informed decisions about Council services.

You will be working with staff from all levels across the Council to ensure information is shared effectively.

You will also need excellent interpersonal skills and good IT knowledge to ensure the information can be collated and reported to both internally and in public forums.
