Job Details
Warwick District Council has a big ambition to reduce rough sleeping in the district and to make a lasting difference to the lives of homeless people. We are looking for experienced candidates who are to looking to join the Housing Advice and Homeless Prevention team in roles funded by the Warwick District Council’s Rough Sleeper Initiative.
We are looking to appoint two dedicated and motivated Assistant Managers for our Direct Access Hostel in Leamington Spa. This service will be available to rough sleepers with complex needs and vulnerabilities who may not have sustained a tenancy for many years
If you are a passionate ”can do” person driven by the desire to make a difference then we would like to hear from you. As an Assistant Manager you will support the Homeless Services Manager in developing the service and supporting the wider team to provide an environment where people can feel safe and motivate change.
