Digital Marketing Apprentice (Economic Development and Tourism)
37 hours per week
Fixed term – up to 15 months
We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy team based at the Council House in Malvern.
Our apprentice will provide marketing and communications support within the Economic Development and Tourism team under the general direction of the Visitor Economy Officer. The post holder will assist with all marketing and communications functions, which could include social media promotion, writing web content, publication content and layout.
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and flexible individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong knowledge of social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instragram, Pinterest and Youtube.
You must have GCSE passes at Grade A-C in Maths and English (or equivalent) and A levels (with passes) or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills are essential for this post.
You will need good keyboard skills & IT literacy and a keen interest in tourism, marketing and social media.
A flexible approach is essential and customer service and office based experience would be advantageous.
