Fixed Term End Date: 31/12/2019
An experienced and knowledgeable General Office Assistant is required to support the work of the existing Admin Team. This is a full-time post with a fixed term contract initially from 9.30am-5.30pm for 35 hours per week, term-time only plus 2 weeks during the summer, at the discretion of the Office Manager.
Key Requirements
To organise all school events and bookings, co-ordinating with staff and external organisations, as well as providing general administrative support.
* GCSE Level educated.
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
* Organisation and planning, methodical, attention to detail, interpersonal skills.
* Working knowledge of SIMs desirable.
Additional Information & How to Apply
This position is for 35 hours each week, Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm. The appointment is for term time only plus 2 weeks of work in the summer holidays (at the Office Manager's discretion). Initially this appointment is on a temporary basis with a view to awarding a permanent position following appointment for the appropriate person.
The salary for the role is within the range £12,480.30 - £14,817.60
The successful applicant will also be eligible for fee remission on school fees for their children at any School within the Coventry Schools’ Foundation of 35%. Employees may choose from a Stakeholder Pension Scheme or a Group Personal Pension Scheme.
