Job Details
Business Support Services are the enabling service within Birmingham Children’s Trust, supporting the vital work our Social Care staff undertake improving the lives of Children Young People and Families.
Significant progress has been made improving the services to the City’s Young Children Young People and Families reflected in a recently improved OFSTED rating. As a support function we are vital to the Trusts ongoing development journey and are currently on own change journey. We’ve recently developed a new operating model and now need to maximise the opportunities to make the best use of technology, develop our staff and embed within the service the Trusts values.
We are looking for an experienced Business Support Manager who can business partner with our customers, can drive the delivery of consistent standards across our services and lead change. You must have previous experience in a similar Business Support Manager role (although not necessarily in Children’s Services), have great customer and people management skills to ensure that the service is efficient and effective
