The trust is looking to appoint a passionate and effective Teaching Assistant who is committed to ensuring St Gabriel’s provides educational excellence in our school community. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and class teachers to greatly influence the educational provision for our pupils, positively impacting progress and helping them to flourish.

St Gabriel’s C of E Academy is a newly-opened school in the development of Houlton, Rugby with around 120 pupils.

We are looking for someone with a proven track-record of excellence in a primary setting; the skills and expertise of a highly effective TA, combined with a flexible, positive approach and a desire to grow.

Salary
SCP 1 – 3 £17,711 - £18,795 FTE
Pro rata: Term Time only, plus Teacher Training Days (39 Weeks)
Fixed Term

Work Pattern
32.5 hours a week
