We are looking for someone with resilience, determination, tolerance and a caring but assertive approach to work one to one with specific children in our school.
The role will support children within the classroom setting, helping them engage with their learning. Experience of working with children with differing needs would be desirable but training and support is offered to the right candidate.
The ideal person will be trustworthy, reliable, flexible and able to work as part of a thriving happy team. He/she will have good organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to work under their own initiative.
