We are a forward thinking Council and against a backdrop of financial austerity we continue to develop our commercially focused approach to optimising our services.

We have developed unique UK wide partnership contracts to deliver a full scope of building and engineering facilities management solutions including reactive, compliance and asset management, minor and planned works projects. 

We are looking for someone to lead our Operational team, working with our Head of Service, to constantly challenge and improve our service delivery to exceed customer expectations, someone who can think commercially to take our Partnership forwards.

The successful candidate will have a relevant professional qualification and be able to demonstrate significant experience in a similar role in either the private or the public sector. You will be enthusiastic, passionate and driven, possessing proven operational management experience, with exceptional people and account management skills.  You will have a dynamic approach, providing our team and our Partners with the right balance of direction and hands-on experience.
