Do you have excellent administrative and people skills and want to support making a difference to young people’s lives? If so, and you are interested in working at the heart of a busy secondary school, we would welcome an application from you.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced PA/Administrator to lead a team to provide comprehensive administrative support to Foxford School.  You will play a key cover role ensuring that the School is appropriately staffed every day, deliver PA support to senior leaders and manage the administrative and reception provision of the School.

This is a wonderful opportunity to gain some really valuable experience in a forward thinking environment and to put your strong administrative skills to the test, working closely with a range of stakeholders in a very professional, supportive and friendly environment.

We will be looking for excellent communication, IT and organisational skills, a discrete, flexible and professional attitude and the ability to prioritise and make sound decisions.  You will be committed to delivering an excellent administrative service to the School and be able to quickly establish credibility with a range of stakeholders.

Foxford is an 11-18 vibrant, multi-cultural school which is known for its friendly and supportive ethos and its ambition to succeed.  We have recently become part of Castle Phoenix Trust which specialises in leadership and was founded in February 2013, on the success of the Caludon Castle Teaching School.

Being part of a Multi Academy Trust, and its associated teaching school, facilitates an opportunity to further develop our strategies to continue to invest in and develop our staff and, most importantly, bring about the best possible outcomes for our students who deserve the very best.

This fulfilling role will provide a wealth of developmental opportunities and we will ensure you receive a comprehensive induction programme. Every day will be different and we will play to your strengths.  The Trust has a strong commitment to staff wellbeing and recognition, through its people strategy, and offers a range of benefits which include the local government pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, discounted gym membership, free parking and an employee discount scheme.

Application packs are available to download on www.wmjobs.co.uk, http://castlephoenixtrust.org.uk/job-opportunities/vacancies/ Completed forms are returnable to HumanResources@caludoncastle.co.uk

Interviews will be held either on 11 or 12 July 2019
