Environmental Services Operative Level 3 – Forestry Specialist

To work as part of the Operational Services Forestry Team that has responsibility for the delivery of a wide range of forestry/arboricultural services. You will have relevant experience and skills and ideally the necessary qualifications and knowledge that will enable you to work safely and to the necessary standard to ensure that the authority meets its obligations and corporate aims.

If you do not hold the necessary qualifications required you must be prepared to undertake any relevant training to enable you to meet all Health and Safety requirements as well as all elements of the job specification. If necessary, a training plan will be developed, however failure to comply with the plan, or to gain the necessary qualifications within the training plan timescales, may result in forfeiture of the post.

It is necessary that the successful applicant will also be able to demonstrate the right attitude, behaviours and personal attributes to provide a quality customer focused service.
