We have an exciting opportunity to become a Programme Manager with Coventry’s highly successful Adult Education Service. You would join an enthusiastic, committed and experienced team, which serves the diverse communities of Coventry and has the success of learners in priority neighbourhoods at the heart of its mission.

You will develop and co-ordinate programmes at various venues across the city; teach/assess in subject area and manage a generic community based adult education programme. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for high quality teaching and assessment in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools/Early Years qualifications at different levels including apprentices and work-based learners. You must hold an assessor qualification (D32/D33/A1/TAQA), an Internal Quality Assurance qualification (D34/V1/TAQA), a level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning in schools and/or early years or equivalent.  

You will need a broad range of experience in post 16 education and training with excellent communication and organisational skills. You may also have a proven track record in learner support, curriculum development and outstanding curriculum delivery.
