Casual Cleaners - Ref RT66119
Salary G2 £9.09 per hour

We require hardworking, reliable, enthusiastic and motivated cleaners to join our casual cleaners pool.

Casual Cleaners are required to cover premises across the Walsall Borough to ensure the required standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained within our schools and outlying buildings. In return, we offer excellent pay, uniforms and access to training  

You do not have to be available 5 days per week as a Casual Cleaner but you should specify the days you are available.  

You will be required to undertake cleaning duties including mopping, polishing and vacuuming and some experience in this type of work is desirable. The successful candidate must have an understanding of the safe use of cleaning chemicals/machinery

If you are available to work early morning 6.00 a.m. - 8.00 a.m. or afternoons from 3.30 p.m. onwards we would like to hear from you.  Casual cleaning work is always available in Schools, Libraries, Council Offices and Community Centres, etc. in the following areas: 

Aldridge

Bloxwich / Brownhills

Caldmore / Chuckery

Darlaston / Delves

Pleck / Palfrey / Pelsall

Streetly

Walsall Town Centre / Walsall Wood / Willenhall

Please note: The casual cleaner position is of a non-contractual basis and work will be allocated on an as and when needed basis to cover annual leave, sick leave and holiday deep cleaning. Therefore, hours are not guaranteed. Should a permanent position arise, successful applicants for this post will be considered.
