SEN and Transformation Project Administrator – ref CH21619
Salary G5 £20,143 - £23,600 per annum
This is 1 year fixed term (funded position)

Children’s Services is transforming the way it works with their Walsall Right for Children transformation programme.  Aligned to this is the Improvement programme for the SEN (Special Education Needs) Service.

To support these initiatives, an experienced Project Administrator is required to assist the programme and project teams in the successful delivery of the various work streams.

As a key member of the programme team, the successful candidate will provide a range of administration support as well as assisting with the capture and review of risks, issues, outcomes and benefits and supporting the development of project plans and tracking progress. The role will also assist in the arrangement of a number of engagement events with staff, partners and service users.

The successful applicant must be experienced in working within a project office, working on business change and improvement programmes, ideally in a Children’s Services environment.

A recognised project management qualification (e.g. prince2 practitioner as accredited by the APM Group) would be an advantage but is not essential.

Closing date: Sunday 21st July 2019
