Expected duration 12-18 months
35 hours per week term-time only
£4.35 per hour


The Bentley Federation is seeking to recruit a Multimedia Apprentice. Working for the Bentley Federation, the role will involve supporting staff and students with IT and Multimedia activities.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an educational environment, for someone who has a passion for solving technical problems and a willingness to learn.

The successful candidate will provide effective multimedia support to school staff and students. After training you will create web, audio, video and immersive content to support learning in the classroom, as well as documenting, editing and publishing school activities using a variety of multimedia tools (including information screens, social media feeds and websites).

You will be responsible for assisting the IT Technician with support issues when required such as creating user accounts and restoring users’ work. You will also help in the monitoring and allocation of multimedia resources.

• Have a positive and professional approach
• Recognise and use varying methods of communication
• Have the ability to prioritise tasks 

Qualifications:


4 GCSE's grades 9 – 5 to include Maths, English and IT (or equivalent grades)
The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check. We welcome applications regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or religion.
