37.0 Hours per Week
Due to an internal promotion a vacancy exists for an Income Team Leader to supervise a team of 13 staff responsible for the collection of rents & service charges, Leasehold charges and garage rents.
You will have a good understanding of Local Authority Housing Rents and Leasehold arrears procedures and be able to demonstrate excellent performance. A considerable amount of knowledge and a good understanding of Welfare Benefits including the payment of Housing Costs as part of Universal Credit and Housing Benefit is essential.
You will need to be able to demonstrate flexibility, have a ‘can do attitude’, be performance driven and have a good understanding of income collection IT systems.
