Job Details
Are you an experienced Social Worker, registered with HCPC and have worked in a busy hospital team? Are you looking for your next career move into management?
If you have experience of partnership working, supervising staff or students, organised, can work under pressure and have a great attention to detail, then we would like to hear from you.
We have vacancies within the hospital/intermediate care team which is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are flexible, innovative and have a proven track record of partnership working, with a can-do approach.
You will be one of 7 managers who will support the Team Manager within the 7-day Hospital intermediate care team. You will work from various locations and will ensure the timely discharge of people from hospital or intermediate care settings.
You will supervise staff on a day to day basis, work in partnership with NHS and the CCG and will have a strong customer focus.
