Permanent contract An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the highly regarded Flexible Learning Team. The post available is for 37 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks). We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic practitioner to join our highly regarded Flexible Learning Team to work with a number of pupils who are unable to attend school due to ill health which could be physical health or mental health. The successful candidate will be required to support pupils with their education and return to school or deliver highly creative intervention work and programmes to ensure best outcomes for the pupils. The majority of the work will be delivered in homes or outside of formal educational placements. The Flexible Learning Team is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff to share this commitment. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check. The programme will form part of the Warwickshire County Council SEND and Inclusion response to meeting the diverse needs of children and young people in Warwickshire who are unable to attend a school or college for a short or protracted period of time due to ill health.
