Legal Assistant: Litigation
£24,313 - £26,317 per annum
Scale 6
37 hours per week
12 month fixed term contract
Reporting to the Team Leader: People in Democratic and Legal Services, the post-holder is responsible for undertaking a mixed workload including providing debt recovery
service to the Council, general litigation support and assistance to the People Team
Solicitors.
The post-holder will undertake a caseload of debt recovery matters using debt recovery software and including liaison with the revenue and benefits team and the relevant bailiffs.
