If so the Consultation and Engagement Co-ordinator vacancy which has arisen within The Voice Project could be perfect for you!
The Voice Project’s aim is to make sure the voices of vulnerable children, young people and families are embedded in Staffordshire’s approach to service planning, design, delivery and evaluation. The remit for The Voice Project has expanded and now includes children, young people, parents/carers across Families and Communities, ensuring consultation opportunities are more widely available
The post holder, working alongside 3 fellow engagement co-ordinators, will be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering a range of consultation activities/events across Families and Communities including monitoring and arranging various tasks in relation to the work of the Project. The post holder will be required to build professional relationships, develop partnership networks, gain an understanding of families who are vulnerable and help to advocate their views using consultation methods suitable for the needs of those involved. Experience of working with children, young people, parents/carers would be essential.
