37.0 Hours per Week

Based at Endeavour House, North Solihull, the Neighbourhood Services team is committed to developing a stronger, safer, cleaner community for all our customers.

We are looking for a confident, enthused and self-motivated person who is keen to learn and develop a career in housing management and someone who thrives in working in a very busy environment.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service across all operational functions within Neighbourhood Services providing support to the following work streams; Estate Management, Tenancy Management and Anti-Social Behaviour.

You will possess excellent interpersonal and IT skills; you will be capable of working under pressure and also be able to manage changing priorities.

Please note that frequent travel across the Borough is an essential requirement of the role.

We are an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set up in April 2004 to run the housing service on behalf of Solihull Council. The Council still owns the properties and is the landlord. But housing services are delivered by us.

We are run by a management board made up of four tenants, four councillors and four independent people chosen for their specialist skills and experience.
