At Stoke Primary our motto is to ‘Believe and Achieve’, if you believe in yourself and work hard you will achieve. Our vision is for every child to be the best that they can be and we are looking for an inspirational senior leader to take on the exciting opportunity of leading Stoke Primary.

You will need the drive, determination and energy to build on our successes and on our children’s achievements, working with stakeholders to further develop our ‘good’ school.

Governors are looking to appoint an outstanding and dynamic senior leader who:

• Is able to continue to drive forward the strategies and aims of the school.
• Will empower and inspire both staff and students to be the best that they can be.
• Is able to not only sustain but accelerate progress in raising standards of teaching and learning.
• Sets ambitious and challenging standards for staff and students alike.
• Has excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and will use them to further raise the profile of the school and continue to integrate with parents and the wider community.
• Is visible, approachable and has the resilience required to meet the day to day challenges of headship.

You will have the full support of a knowledgeable Governing Board who are committed to developing the school. As a Governing Board we appreciate the challenges ahead in an ever changing educational landscape, we have always embraced this change and will continue to do so.
