Environmental Support Services Officer – Level 1

37 hours per week

Do you love talking to people? Can you help us to keep Bromsgrove and Redditch safe and looking good?

We need you to help customers get the services they require. You need to enjoy talking on the phone, resolving customer enquiries, find information out, reply to emails and be able to use computer systems.

We need you to be professional, adaptable, have excellent customer service skills and able to work under pressure at times. Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ experience of using a phone whilst recording information into a computer system and working in a busy office environment.

You will work from either of our Depots but we may need you to work from our other sites sometimes so you’ll need to be able to travel.
