Teaching Assistant
Grade 5 £19,171 per annum (actual salary £14,270)
32 hours per week, Term Time only
We seek to appoint a Teaching Assistant (Learning Support Supervisor) to work with students, providing structured support, including tutorial support, in accordance with Schemes for Learning designed and supervised by individual teachers.

We are focused upon each individual student, guiding them to be the best that they can be and supporting them on their journey to adulthood.
The successful candidate will be able to use specialist knowledge and experience to provide appropriate support to students and their individual needs. They should ideally have experience of working to support children’s learning in a relevant environment.
We are seeking an individual who has:
- Very good numeracy/literacy skills
- In depth understanding of areas of learning, e.g. literacy, numeracy, science or SEN
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to be able to relate well to a wide range of people
- Work constructively as part of a team whilst being able to demonstrate initiative
