The Trustees of the Talentum Learning Trust would like to welcome applications for the position of MAT Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Leader of Education Standards.
The Talentum Learning Trust is a Multi-Academy Trust of eight schools, currently consisting of five First Schools, one Middle School and two High Schools. The team of Head teachers are very strong and lead all the schools well and are committed to collaborative and shared working to make things even better for all in our schools. The Trust is growing and a further First School and Special School are set to become part of TTLT in September of this year. To enable us to manage this, and future growth of the Trust, there is a need to restructure the central executive team.
This will be an exciting opportunity for you if you are someone who enjoys working with a variety of people. You must be able to rise to the challenge, as well as being able to communicate effectively with senior leaders and finance and business colleagues, enabling the best possible outcomes for children. The successful candidate will have/be:

This as a full time position but for the right candidate negotiation for a minimum 0.6 FTE post will be considered.
