Our warm and caring school situated in Coventry is looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Assistant Headteacher who will lead a phase/key stage in our school. They will be an excellent teacher who has the highest expectations of the children and others. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take a next step or for someone who wants to make an impression.

The successful candidates must demonstrate that they are:
• Able to display high quality, effective classroom practice;
• Able to share in promoting and developing whole-school vision;
• Able to work collaboratively and be involved in the full life of the school;
• Experienced in monitoring and evaluating the impact of teaching and learning strategies.
• Understand positive attitudes to learning and seek to foster everyone’s potential.
• Have an ‘unconditional positive regard’ for children and other adults.
• Able to take an overview of core curriculum subjects across a phase (for example years 1,2,3).
