Job Details
Working within the Planning Enforcement Team to monitor and manage development helping to make a sustainable and prosperous Wyre Forest. This is a challenging but rewarding position which requires initiative, sound judgement, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation skills and a tactful, but firm approach would also be advantageous for this post. You will investigate potential breaches of planning control and monitor new development, working with the Development Management Team to protect, maintain and enhance the quality of the built and natural environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to start or progress a career within Planning Enforcement. There is one post available without appointment being based on the career progression requirements as set out the Personal Specification.
Experience of dealing with members of the public.Experience in Planning Enforcement or Development Management section is desirable but not essential. Does this sound like you?
