The Role
Coventry Diocesan Board of Education serves 75 schools and academies providing an education for 18,000 children and young people.
We are looking for an administrator who:
- has excellent administrative skills;
- proactively seeks to support the team by working conscientiously and acting on initiative;
- is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Word with some experience of Excel;
- is well organised and self-motivated;
- has good written and verbal communication skills, including a professional telephone manner;
- pays attention to detail, has a positive attitude and enjoys being a supportive team player.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: £19,000 to £21,000 pro rata (dependent upon experience)
Hours: Term time only (39 weeks) Monday to Friday 10.00am to 2.30pm including 30 minute break (20 working hours per week). There may be some flexibility in determining the working pattern.
Contract term: Permanent with a 6 month probationary period
