IT Technician - SIPS Education Ltd
SIPS IT Services is a successful IT Support Team providing high quality services to schools across the Midlands.
We are currently looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic IT Technician to be part of a growing team of technicians who are responsible for the delivery of technical support for all relevant ICT systems within SIPS Education and their clients. This support will be delivered in a variety of ways including remote access and regular site visits and will include the maintenance, installation and monitoring of our clients network infrastructure.
Ideally the suitable candidate will have 12 months+ experience within an IT Support environment and will have some exposure to current Windows client/server networks. You will also have either a recent Microsoft qualification or an NVQ3 level (or equivalent) in an IT related area.
This is a full time (37 hours) position and is based at our offices in West Bromwich. Ability to travel around the Midlands area is essential.
