Our team are seeking the skills of an apprentice to work with us to support the administration of our social care and education case management IT systems. Working within a small but highly effective team you will support colleagues from across social care and education to use our case management systems. You will learn a range of new skills and apply these to the day to day support of operational colleagues from across the People Directorate.

The Business Systems Team provide a first line support service to over 2000 business customers including internal colleagues and external organisations. The team deliver support on application incidents and manage system improvements.

You will work alongside experienced officers who will support you to learn the key skills you require to develop a knowledge of the core applications we use.

The skills you develop will be transferable, which will enable you to progress in a highly skilled career in Business System support.
