Grade C: £18,426 -£19,171 per annum

We are seeking a two highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are committed to providing a high quality customer focused housing service.
The successful candidates will be an integral part of the Neighbourhoods Team and will be expected to deliver a high quality, professional service and be responsible for the delivery of home visits as required, such as accompanied viewings and to assist with monitoring the performance of voids, allocations and lettings functions.
Working under the supervision of the Neighbourhoods Team Leader you will also have a key role in assisting the delivery of the Neighbourhoods and Tenancy Services functions. Key importance will be given to the administration of various neighbour nuisance and ASB matters.
Other functions of the role will include updating and maintaining the housing records, advising tenants on estate management/housing matters through face to face or written communication.
You should have previous experience in a customer focussed Housing related environment, together with experience of delivery of a range of tenancy management services in accordance with set policies and procedures, working to agreed key local performance targets.
You should have previous experience of front line customer services and being able to use Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook, sufficiently to be able to assist in the compilation of statistics and reports.
You will also need to hold GCSE’s in English and Mathematics at Grade C or above (or equivalent vocational or academic experience).
A basic understanding of the Social Housing field of work and experience of reception duties would also be advantageous to the role.
