CARETAKER (full time)
52 weeks/year -
Pay Spine Grade 7-11 (£19,554 to £21,166) dependant on experience

Applications are invited for the above vacancy. The candidate would work flexibly on a rota/shift basis under the direction of the Business & Facilities Manager, ensuring that the site is maintained both in term-time and school holidays. Experience would be an advantage although not essential. Duties and responsibilities will include significant aspects of site security, porterage, premises-related tasks, minor repairs and routine maintenance.
