This is an exciting opportunity for an Organisation Development Business Partner to join Herefordshire Council.
The role will work alongside the Assistant Director to develop and implement the organisation development agenda for the Council.

To be successful you will be an experienced OD practitioner with strong experience of delivering performance improvement and transformational change through people. You must have the ability and know-how to create and lead initiatives on employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, L&D and cultural change.
You will be values orientated, have strong stakeholder management skills, be solution focused and have a collaborative style.
In return you will be given the support and freedom to put your ideas into practice. We are a small team, where everyone’s contribution is noticed and this is a great opportunity for a future HRD to take a lead and make a difference.
The ability to make ideas happen is essential!
