Job Details
As an Early Help Information and Signposting Officer you will be required to work 15hrs a week within a team which covers the whole of Herefordshire and Children Centre reach areas and therefore would need to be able to travel where necessary.
You will be responsible for processing data and information, producing documentation and fliers, invoicing, maintaining accurate records, taking occasional minutes and day to day administration of the service. You will have back office and front office duties to include answering telephone enquiries, updating social media and liaising with the public and wider team of professionals that use the centres and services.
You may support collaboration with colleagues and multi-agency partners to engage families in the appropriate services and maintain health and safety procedures.
As an Early Help Information and Signposting Officer, you will have a good knowledge and experience of using Microsoft software packages, databases and is experienced in working as part of a team.
