POST: Reception Administrator
SALARY: Scale 1
WORKING PATTERN: 30 hours a week Monday to Friday, Term time plus 1 week

The Headteacher and governing body are seeking to appoint a Receptionist /Administrator. The Receptionist/Administrator will be responsible for meeting and greeting everyone who arrives at Windmill Primary School and ensuring all administration tasks connected with this are completed.
Undertake reception duties, answering routine telephone and face to face enquiries and signing visitors
Complete morning and afternoon registers accurately and report all absences – daily and within specified timeframe
Complete school diary entries - as and when.
Book staff CPD courses – as and when.
Open and distribute post daily.
Fire register – weekly
Set up meeting rooms and arrange refreshments.
Answering the phone.
General administration duties.
Record first aid incidents, monitor and order stock, monitor training. Liaise with parents/staff etc.

Above tasks to be completed accurately
Above tasks to be completed in a timely manner
Ensuring the above tasks are carried out in a sensitive and professional manner at all times
