Sports Partnership Herefordshire & Worcestershire are looking for an experienced administrator or project coordinator to join our enthusiastic and high performing team to support the coordination, delivery and administration of the Worcestershire-wide strength and balance exercise class programme.

Having delivered this programme for the past 4 years and recently been awarded a new 3 year contract, we are looking for someone to support us to administer, deliver and develop the programme. 

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, excellent organisational skills and have the ability to work with large data sets.

Experience of working with the ageing population and a knowledge of the challenges they face is key. You will also have the ability to deal with sensitive data including medical conditions.

The role will involve regular contact with participants, instructors, health professionals and members of the public.

The job role is full time (37 hrs per week) and is based at the University of Worcester St Johns Campus. This post is a fixed term till 31^st March 2021 (extension till Sept 2022 subject to funding)
