37 Hours per week – Permanent

This post is working Monday – Thursday (8.30am – 5.00pm) and Friday (8.30am – 4.30pm)

The Families First service are looking for someone to provide high level business support administration work. We are looking for a candidate to:

  • Primarily this role will undertake the minuiting and servicing of Child Protection Conferences and Reviews. This involves sending out invites, attendance and minute taking at conferences and the production and distribution of reports and the updating of the Council’s client information system. From time to time you will be required to work at other offices.   
  • The production of high-quality word-processed documents.
  • Accurately input information and data to databases to ensure the Service meets the relevant Performance Indicators. 
  • You will be required to minute taker at other meetings as requested by the social work teams.
  • General scanning, photocopying of document, incoming post (scanning) and distribution, outgoing post.
  • To undertake a range of Customer Service duties including face to face and over the telephone.
  • Process day to day transactions within the office in accordance with financial regulations.

 

 

GCSE English, WP qualification, NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Business Administration are essential.  Good written and oral communication skills and experience of using computer-based information systems in an office environment are also essential along with the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
