£20,344 - £22,462 per annum, (pro rata if part time)
Fixed Term until 31/03/2020

The purpose of the Role
“Help me get the support I need with my issue or problem”
“Take my payments and place correctly into my account”

This job provides a variety of work in helping customers get the support they need through face to face contact, and knowing who can help at the right time.

Other functions include taking payments in our secure facilities, providing digital support for customers and liaison with other services to resolve customer problems.
