Systemic Practitioner

Unique  and exciting Systemic Practitioners needed for to join our innovative Systemic Practice Team in Warwickshire Children and Families Services.  Our hugely successful systemic services helps to safely rehabilitate children home to their families and prevent accommodation, where additional support makes it safe and possible to do so.   

The post holder will join our vibrant  team of six Systemic Practitioners and Family Therapists who are based in a number of front line Social Work Teams around Warwickshire.  The team's vision is to provide brief and focused therapeutic interventions through case work, support Social Work colleagues through consultation and to continue to develop a menu of evidence based interventions including NVR and PACE informed practice.  We are seeking  energetic, enthusiastic and flexible Systemic Practitioners to contribute their creativity and skills to our services  encouraging change and development.

There will be opportunities to contribute to the development of the service and to develop your knowledge and skills working with supportive colleagues.
