The right individual for this role will assist in driving forward our vision for the service by supporting and fostering relationships with both new and existing customers.  You will need to demonstrate the necessary technical and people skills necessary to maintain and grow client confidence.  Applicants will need to possess a robust technical knowledge supported by relevant site experience of both the Building Regulations and allied legislation.

This will be underpinned by a degree level qualification in a construction related discipline together with appropriate membership of a recognised professional body either CABE, CIOB or RICS.

We are committed to delivering our services as efficiently as possible and an ability to work flexibly with technology will be required.  You will need a valid driving licence.

In addition to a competitive salary the post comes with a contributory pension scheme, generous annual leave entitlement, flexible working and a car mileage allowance.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch for an informal chat.
