Administrator (Worcestershire Safeguarding Children Partnership)

Salary up to £20,022 per annum

The Worcestershire Safeguarding Children Partnership (WSCP) has developed a new approach to multi-agency child safeguarding arrangements within the County.  As a result of recent changes in legislation we have built on what has always been a strong partnership to move to a more agile way of working, with the aim of being focused on ensuring efficient and effective child safeguarding in Worcestershire through the continuous improvement of service delivery.

An opportunity has arisen for a full-time administrator to support the new Worcestershire Safeguarding Children Partnership.   The post will be line managed by the Partnership Co-ordinator and the two post holders will work closely together to ensure that the Independent Chair, the Safeguarding Partners and the chairs of the WSCP sub-groups are supported in the delivery of outcomes for the Partnership.

The WSCP Administrator will be able to use their own initiative and work independently when necessary, communicate effectively and develop positive working relationships with senior managers and professionals from a range of agencies.  They will have strong organisational and IT skills, and will be able to work to agreed time scales.

If you are interested in joining a new team at an exciting time when you can influence and shape this role, please consider making an application.
