About the Role:
This is an exciting role assisting a team of social workers, community Psychiatric nurses, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists to enhance the lives of people and their carers living with dementia.
Key requirements:
Enthusiastic, motivated and creative individual able to support the demands of a busy multi-disciplinary team. Ability to provide person centred care to individuals and their families. Must be computer literate and be able to travel across the County, car driver essential. The team is based across two sites, Leamington Spa and Stratford upon Avon.
