Library Customer Advisor
The Hive, Worcester
x2 Full time (37 hours) posts
x1 Part time (18.5 hours) post
Temporary until 31st of March 2020
Various shifts throughout the week including some evenings and weekends.
We have opportunities for enthusiastic and flexible individuals with experience of providing excellent customer service to join the team at The Hive. As a Library Customer Advisor you will work as a member of the library team delivering a wide range of literacy, reading and learning services and helping to promote wider community participation. You will have a good understanding of information resources, be comfortable working closely with partner organisations including the University of Worcester, and be able to demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to customer service. If you have an interest in new ideas, a willingness to embrace change and would like to be part of a forward thinking service we would like to hear from you.
